Trust Campaign
I joined Facebook at a very interesting time. Following events like Cambridge Analytica, brand trust was at an all time low. We needed to tell the world about how we were keeping our platforms safe for people and advertisers alike.
Good questions, real answers
With the help of extensive research data, I worked with a designer to concept and create a web destination that outlined Meta’s progress in areas where we scored lowest in brand trust. We came up with a site that answered advertisers’ big questions, with real employee answers that give serious topics a genuine and human touch.
The new face of trust
With a new web design system in place in 2022 and some updates to our policies and products, I was in charge of migrating the trust content into our refreshed design templates. I worked with cross-functional experts and legal teams to get everything up to date, while keeping the writing simple and approachable.
