Web Redesign
The Meta for Business website reaches over 187 million visitors from 175 countries every year, all with unique goals. We set out to create a more personalized site experience, so everyone could find exactly what they need to grow their business.
A complete overhaul
We refreshed the entire look and feel of the website, including both design and content strategy. This required creating new content strategy, templates, and UX writing exploration.
Style guide creation
To keep things consistent across a massive marketing org, I developed the writing section of our updated style guide and proofread the design portions of the guide.
Onboarding and oversight
Once the redesign had gone live, we wanted to make it easier for our employees to create webpages themselves or with the help of agency partners. I led copywriting onboarding workshops to help writers get up and running quickly, and eventually made video trainings to automate the process.
Testing and optimization
Over time, we began testing both design and copy to create the best user experience possible. This included testing different messaging strategies that were unique to our site but still aligned with the larger Meta brand.
